Our diamond resin wheels are perfect for pre-polish finishing on your glass surfaces that have been ground with either an electroplated or sintered diamond wheel. The rock hard felt substrate allows for more pliabilityin the wheel than the MH-T substrate resin diamond wheels so you can push these wheels into an area to conform the wheel to spaces for grinidng. Over time the profile with lose it's stability but many customer prefer this softer substrate for pre-polish work on their glass.
Worn wheels can be re-coated for a nominal charge. Contact us for details. Wheels cannot be re-profiled, only re-coated.
Our Radiused Resin Diamond Smoothing wheels utilize a solid core extruded urethane material to maintain wheel integrity and we coat the rim of the radiused wheels with our resin diamond smoothing material to give a fantastic pre-polish finish to your glass surfaces that have been ground with the radiused plated and sintered diamond wheels. Smoothing wheels are available in 220 grit, 325 grit, and 600 grit in sizes from 4 inch diameter, 6 inch diameter, and 8 inch diameter.
